STORY: As Nick Cohen (Noam Ash) begins his freshman year, he is greeted by a handsome guy named James (Philip Bean). Yet, there are several things wrong with their introduction and a huge thing that upsets Nick about James.

GAY COUPLE STORYLINE: As Nick (Noam Ash) searches for a roommate, he discovers a little bit of love along the way to fabulous homo-hetero connections. Nick Cohen embarks on a search for a new roommate and meets Ed Kleiner (Drew Paramore), the perfect guy. Their relationship unfolds against the backdrop of New York City. Nick suspects that Ed has a huge secret—one that involves the closet. Nick supports Ed in a unique “coming out” process that isn’t quite the norm. Nick’s relationship with The Cowboy (Matthew Christian) hits a rough patch due to Ed’s close connection with him. Nick tries to fix things with an epic gesture.Ed intervenes to help Nick’s relationship with The Cowboy, but a tragic ending leaves Ed in deep depression.
