LET’S TALK ABOUT CHU is  a Taiwanese "sex comedy" on Netflix. LET'S TALK ABOUT CHU consists of 8 episodes of 50 minutes.

STORY: Part-time vlogger Chu Ai (Tzu Hsuan Chan) uses her channel to speak candidly about sex. But in real life, she finds that subject to be so much trickier. She skilfully juggle between her unusual career as a wax therapist and her all-consuming passion for sex education, which she shares without filter on social networks. With its somewhat provocative leitmotif “make love, don’t fall in love”. The young woman then defies conventions and draws us into her audacity.            

GAY COUPLE STORYLINE: Chu Ai’s brother Chu Yu-sen (J.C. Lin), is also central tot the plot as he faces his own post-breakup crisis. He finds Lee Yueh (Chien Ho Wu) in Miaoli after his grandmother’s death, helps him deal with grief, and reconciles with his family. Lee Yueh helps Chu Yu-Sen find his father and provides money for debt repayment. After sleeping together, Lee Yueh turns himself in to the police, revealing his illegal gambling operation. After six months, Yu-Sen pays a visit to the prison, where Lee Yueh asks him to give him a chance as he wants to be a better person, but they are just practicing a skit for his upcoming court proceeding.

SPECIAL: The actors also shared their memorable experiences on set. “The scene was actually very tiring, as Chien-ho and I had to maintain the sex position for a while with his legs over my shoulders. It was a truly special experience,” JC Lin said, and Wu Chein Ho added that “playing a same-sex couple for the first time was nerve-wracking at first, but it turned out to be a very interesting experience.”
