AMERICAN HORROR STORY is an American anthology horror television series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for it hit cable network FX. AMERICAN HORROR STORY consists of 133 episodes of 1 hour.

STORY: This is the first season. Each season in the American Story media franchise is like a standalone miniseries with new characters and new storylines with their own “beginning, middle, and end”. Some plot elements of each season are loosely inspired by true events. Many actors appear in more than one season and then play a new character. Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson and Lily Rabe have returned the most, each appearing in nine of the ten seasons, followed by Frances Conroy appearing in eight and Denis O'Hare in six. Other notable actors such as Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, John Carroll Lynch, Adina Porter, Finn Wittrock and Jamie Brewer appear in five of the ten seasons.

GAY COUPLE STORYLINE: Chad (Zachary Quinto) and his partner Patrick (Teddy Sears) are the former owners of the haunted house featured in the first season. Patrick is a very attractive and flirty young man. He is currently in a relationship with Chad, but mentions that he used to be straight, so possibly bisexual. He seems to be having trouble committing to Chad as he cheated on Chad and tried to cheat on him again with Dr. Ben Harmon (Dylan McDermott).
