90210 is an American teen drama television series, developed by Rob Thomas, Gabe Sachs, and Jeff Judah, that aired from September 2, 2008 to May 13, 2013, on The CW. It is the fourth series in the Beverly Hills, 90210 franchise created by Darren Star. The series was produced by CBS Television Studios. 90210 consists of 114 episodes of 1 hour.
STORY: The series introduces the Wilson family moving to Beverly Hills and the kids Annie (Shenae Grimes-Beech) and Dixon (Tristan Mack Wilds) adjusting to a new town and school. Annie befriends Naomi Clark (AnneLynne McCord) , who is dating Jock Ethan Ward (Dustin Milligan), but soon breaks up with him. Annie and Ethan then pursue a relationship after having dated the summer prior to Annie moving to Beverly Hills when Annie was visiting her grandmother for the summer. Naomi later becomes attracted to a bartender named Liam Court (Matt Lanter) and dates him, only to figure out he’s simultaneously interested in Annie.
GAY COUPLE STORYLINE: Teddy (Trevor Donovan) is a briljant tennis player, a famous guy’s son, he’s blonde and hunky and he also has a sexual orientation that’s a huge part of his life. Teddy's has been about how painful and confusing his situation can be, and it won't be ok for him any time soon. Even while he met an apparent love interest in Ian (Kyle Riabko). He'll continue to stumble, sometimes aggressively, as he slowly comes to terms with his sexuality.

SPECIAL: Donovan told a magazine that ever since his character, Teddy, came out as gay on the show, his dating life has gotten even better. "It's been good for me," the actor told Life & Style. "Girls want to challenge it. They kind of assume I'm (gay in real life) and try to change me back. Of course, I let them!"
